The WAYP is a Special Interest Group of the Planning Institute of Australia (PIA). A young planner is usually a student of a planning or planning related degree, or a member of PIA with up to 5 years experience since graduating from a planning degree. The purpose of the WAYP group is to support, promote and represent young planners in the industry. We welcome anyone regardless of age or professional discipline, who has an interest in the places, communities and cities that we live in.
